Founded in 2017
This Co-owned company brings a unique combination of experiences and expertise to the table. The founder, Brian Li, has a multicultural background that has given him a hybrid palate and a deep understanding of both South African and Asian cuisine. With this knowledge, he has become a leader in the niche market of Asian food supply. The other owner, Albert, has a wealth of experience in the food industry, having previously owned a well-established sushi restaurant in Umhlanga. With his keen eye for quality and attention to detail, he is able to assist customers with all aspects of their business. Together, these owners make a formidable team, dedicated to bringing the best possible products and services to their clients.

farming companies. The farmers are located from North to South – utilizing the differences in temperature and growth capabilities to fulfill a steady production 52 weeks/year. Flown in directly from Norway and shipped to Odentrade via cold storage trucks.
